The 2025 Cherry Blossom Run moves to Seward Park and South Lake Washington Boulevard, offering participants a new route with stunning cherry blossoms and views of Lake Washington. This change aligns with our founding vision of sharing the beauty of cherry blossoms across the city while strengthening the connection between nature, fitness, and community.

In the past, the Cherry Blossom Run partnered with the UW Center for Urban Horticulture to support research and education in urban ecology. While our venue and partnerships have evolved, our commitment to celebrating and protecting urban green spaces remains the same. By choosing a more nature-focused location, the event continues its tradition of connecting participants to Seattle's outdoor beauty.
